At Vape Batt, we stand behind our hardware and offer a 30-day return window for defective electronics and unused accessories to ensure you have the best vaping experience. Please note that for hygiene reasons, consumable items like coils and tanks cannot be returned once opened.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days; electronics must be in like-new condition or have a verifiable manufacturer defect.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the device including all original cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
